At Richer, we do not accept returns but offer an exchange policy under specific conditions.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are only accepted for unused, unwashed, and undamaged products with original packaging and tags.

  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 2 days of purchase.

Who Pays for Delivery?

  • If we mistakenly send the wrong size or a defective product, we will cover the delivery charges for the exchange.

  • If the customer orders the wrong size, they will be responsible for both return and re-shipping charges.

Exclusions

  • Items purchased during a sale or with a discount offer are not eligible for exchange.

Steps to Exchange Your Item(s):

  1. Review and Notify Us:

    • If there’s an issue with size or a defect in the product, share a detailed review (including pictures and a video) of the item.

    • Ensure the product is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  2. Repack the Merchandise:

    • Make a video of the product being repacked to confirm it’s returned in the same condition it was delivered.

  3. Courier the Product:

    • For replacement, we will send our rider with the exchanged product, and he will collect the wrong product at the time of delivery.

    • Customers must pay the delivery fee in advance, and the replacement process will be initiated after receiving the payment.

    • Delivery charges vary by city. Please contact us on WhatsApp (+923708284460) to confirm the delivery fee before making the payment.

 

 

Important Notes

  • Exchanges must be initiated within the specified 2-day timeframe.

  • Items that are used, damaged, or missing tags, packaging, or accessories will not be eligible for return or exchange.
